How we handle your information.

ForeverMoms is a program of ChannelMom, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. ChannelMom is the organization responsible for the information described below. We aim to collect as little as possible, to use it only to support our mission, and to keep it safe.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run the site securely.

  • When you contact us. If you reach out by email or through a form on this site, we collect what you send — typically your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and your message.
  • If you apply to a program. Program intake (when available) is handled through a separate, privacy-vetted form provider. That form has its own notice, and the information goes only to ChannelMom and ForeverMoms staff who review applications.
  • Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (for example, IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and reliable. We use an error-reporting tool to find and fix problems; it is configured to strip out personal information before anything is stored.

Cookies and tracking

This site runs no third-party advertising or analytics scripts and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use your information

We use what you share to respond to you, to provide and improve our programs and resources, to coordinate volunteering or partnership, and to keep the site safe. We do not use your information for advertising.

Who can see it

Access is limited to ChannelMom and ForeverMoms staff and trusted service providers (such as our website host and form provider) who help us operate, and only as needed to do their work. We may share information if the law requires it or to protect someone’s safety.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and submissions only as long as we need them to respond and to support our work, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have given us. Just reach out using the contact details below, and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
